HVAC System Maintenance Programs

Nicely Put, HVAC System Maintenance Programs Are Not A Luxury, They Are A Must

Your comfort is our priority here at Air Repair, and that comfort is put in jeopardy by your HVAC system only the daily. Unfortunately, even with the highest quality of work, like the technicians at Comfort by Nature provide, HVAC systems have a mind of their own, and trouble is always lurking around the corner. Because of this, continual maintenance is a must, to keep your system running efficiently all year round!

At Air Repair we offer several HVAC system maintenance programs that ensure you will never have to face that moment of grief when your system randomly stops working, due to an issue that surely could have been resolved had an inspection been done. Our programs include regular system inspections, filter inspections and replacements, seal checks and replacements, pipe inspections and replacements, and much more.

No matter what program you choose though, you can count on the following:

  • Your HVAC system maintenance will be less expensive compared to what you would spend to fix a failed system.
  • Your Air Repair technician will thoroughly inspect every piece of your HVAC equipment.
  • Your Air Repair technician will come prepared to fix or replace any malfunctioning equipment.
  • Our technicians will be very careful so that any and every potential threat to your HVAC system is caught before something happens.

Furnace & A/C Deep Clean Service:

What is a Deep Clean?   More than simply annual maintenance, and a basic cleaning, a Deep Clean service involves a technician spending the required time to thoroughly dig-in and clean individual parts of your equipment.  To begin this service, our technician will come out and do an inspection of your unit, to determine if a deep cleaning is necessary. A deep cleaning of your furnace and A/C system involves having our technician disassemble your unit’s blower assembly (usually located at the bottom of your furnace) and apply an industrial, organic cleaning solution to the blower to remove all of the build up (i.e. hair, dust, lint, pollen, and other contaminants.)  We also clean out the coil assembly, and the coil fins in your system, to remove build-up that pollutes the air, and restricts airflow. In addition to this, we vacuum out the inside of the furnace, and clear any dirt and build-up in the filter area.

Why should I consider a Deep Cleaning of my system?  The purpose of this service is to extend the life of your furnace and air conditioner by keeping them running at peak efficiency, avoiding excessive wear and tear on your system components, as well as improving the overall performance of your equipment, ultimately saving you money.  The excessive build-up of dirt, lint, and hair over time causes the moving parts, like the blower wheel & motor, and the inducer motor to wear out more quickly, and operate less efficiently, moving less air through your home.  When these parts unexpectedly break down it normally results in expensive, untimely repairs, usually at the worst possible time when you need the equipment the most, or worse, it requires the equipment to be replaced.  At the conclusion of the service we will provide you with a complete report detailing the before and after details and images of the components, and notes of the post-cleaning results.

If your heating & cooling systems are over 5 years old, and especially if you haven’t had consistent maintenance on your units at least twice yearly, we would highly recommend scheduling an inspection to see if this service is needed.  To find out more, and schedule one of our technicians to come out for an initial inspection, contact us today.  Our technicians are equipped with a small endoscope (a small, flexible camera) that we can use to inspect the inside of your unit to see what state it is in, and if a deep cleaning is needed.
